  Food was good and fast for something basic. Other customers waiting awhile for the fancy burgers. Can be noisy inside with the staff talking though to the kitchen.

  I waited 25 minutes for my food, then they made my burger wrong twice. I then asked for a refund because my pancakes which were brought out at 15mins were cold, the hasbrown was too, my burger was finally made but i wasnt even hungry by then. 4 people who ordered over front counter were served before me and 10+ people in drive thru. how hard is it to make 1 meal with $2 pancakes on the side. Not impressed and to top it off the burger was probably the crappiest dryest oldest bun and egg ive ever tasted. The Kiwi manager wouldnt give me a refund because of the ridiculous wait like i asked unless he was to take my food that i ordered which he then would of just thrown out as once its over the register it cant be resold or eaten. I worked at HJ's for 3 years growing up from 15-18 years of age and that is the slowest, shittest service i have ever seen. I wouldnt reccomend the food to your family, friends or even your worst enemy.

  Slowest service ever and the place felt like a morgue the food was cold couldnt be bothered getting fresh 1s as the wait was rediculous my 3 hash browns and 1 bbq cheese burger was sitting there for 10 mins before they served it to me not going back

  Great store... got locked out by a 3 yr old child and waited over 20mins before being rescued. Whilst the burgers may be better at hungry jacks the getting trapped outside part isn't great. Nice outdoor table settings though...
